Order processing
We process orders within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Many of our items ship from overseas warehouses, so transit takes longer than domestic shipping. Every order includes tracking, and the expected delivery window is shown at checkout.
Tracking
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us at herronjake@treisafit.com and we'll look into it.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute or refund orders sent to an address entered incorrectly once they've shipped.
