Our return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at herronjake@treisafit.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us, since returns without prior contact can't be tracked to your order.

Return shipping
Customers cover return shipping except for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. For hygiene reasons, skin-contact items such as the acupressure mat set and gua sha tools can only be returned if unopened and unused.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to ship the item back in most cases.
When refunds are issued
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm. If your return is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
Partial refunds
We may offer a partial refund for items returned used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts or packaging.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't seen your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first, since posting times vary, then email us at herronjake@treisafit.com and we'll follow up.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped it falls under the return terms above.
